Contact form

When you use the contact form we receive the information you enter – name, email address, and if you choose to give them, organisation, phone number and your message. We use it only to answer your enquiry and for any follow-up you ask for. The message is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on this website.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

This website uses a single session cookie, and only on the contact page, to protect the form against automated spam. It is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Videos

Webinars on the resources page are hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you choose to play a video; it then plays from youtube-nocookie.com under Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@multid.se. You can also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
